Endvoid (the "Developer") operates the RefCanvas mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Information Collection and Use

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Personal Data: We do not require you to provide personally identifiable information directly. However, the app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
• Log Data: In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This may include your device IP address, device name, operating system version, and app configurations.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

The app uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. Below are the providers used by RefCanvas:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics (GA4) Terms
• Firebase Privacy and Security
• Firebase Crashlytics

3. In-App Purchases (IAP)

RefCanvas offers a "Pro" version via In-App Purchases. All transactions are processed securely through the Google Play Billing System. We do not collect or store your financial information (such as credit card numbers).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, some device identifiers are stored by Google. If you wish to request the deletion of any data associated with your device, please contact us at the email provided below.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when they are posted on this page.
